The
Elias brothers were fortunate enough to grow up on Sanibel Island, giving them
exposure to a wide range of the food service industry. Their experience includes
but is not limited to; fine dining, hotel banquet, casual dining, and country
club management. Founded in 1996, with over 55 combined years of food service
experience, Catering by Jack and Mike Elias has grown steadily and has a wide
range of professional and private clients. Jack Elias is currently and has been
a Culinary Arts Instructor for the past ten years. He most recently earned the
title of Certified Culinary Educator. Our mobile, fully contained kitchen can
prepare your meal fresh, anywhere. We have catered events as far north as
Venice, Fl. and as far south as Marco Island and Naples. We have a fully-trained,
full-time staff that are all, at the minimum, Florida Certified Food Handlers.
We are proud of our reputation of excelling in presentation, service, consistency
and most of all a enjoyable dining experience that will be remembered by all.
