Appetizers - Hot

  Mini Beef Wellingtons ~ Bite-size pieces of beef tenderloin sauteéd in a savory demi-glaze, then wrapped in puff-pastry with a red wine and mushroom duxell. Finally baked and served a golden brown.
 

Spicy Chicken Quesadillas ~ Seasoned chicken breast, roasted peppers, and onions mixed in a con queso cheese sauce, then wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with guacamole, fresh sour cream and salsa.

 

Sweet Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps ~ Silver dollar sized mushroom caps Sauteéd with white wine and seasoning, then stuffed with a sweet sausage stuffing and topped with an assortment of cheeses.
 

Swedish Meatballs ~ Bite-size meatballs in a creamy beef gravy seasoned with a varity of herbs and spices.

Spanakopita ~ Fresh spinach and riccotta cheese, wrapped in delicate phyllo pastery dough and baked to a golden crisp.
 

Shrimp/Oysters Rockefeller ~ Fresh spinach, bacon, and onions are the main ingredients in our famous rockefeller mix along with heavy cream, pernod, and secret seasonings are used to make this classic hors d'oeuvre. Made with either Sanibel pink shrimp or fresh oysters for a truly delicious sensation.

Crab Cakes ~ Fresh crab, shrimp are complimented by roasted peppers with onions to make these bite size cakes. Served with cocktail sauce and key lime mustard.
  Conch Fritters ~ Fresh Florida conch meat with roasted peppers and onions are combined with our secret seasoning, then deep fried to a golden brown. Served with tangy cocktail sauce and key lime mustard.

 

Florida Alligator ~ Whether it's deep fried or sauteéd, pan fried, or baked, nothing tastes like gator. It's a Floridian delicacy that we're sure you'll love. Served with a tasty key lime mustard and cajun herbal mayonnaise.
  Salmon Rockefeller Encruté~ Fresh Slamon fingers are wrapped along with our famous Rockefeller stuffing in delicate puff pastery and then baked to perfection, accompanied with white wine and lemon buttter sauce makes this a hor'deovre favorite.
  Sesame Duck Tenderloins ~ Savory slices of duck are battered then rolled in sesame seeds, deep fried, and served with a sweet-n-sour sauce.
 

Sweet Coconut Shrimp ~ Fresh Gulf shrimp dusted with seasoned flour then dipped in our sweet tempura batter and rolled in sweet coconut. Lastly flash-fried to a golden brown and served with a pickled ginger sweet and sour sauce.

Sweet Coconut Chicken ~ tender strips of chicken breast are dipped in our sweet tempura batter and then rolled in sweet coconut. Then flash-fried to a golden broen and served with a sweet chili sauce.
