Spicy Chicken Quesadillas ~ Seasoned chicken breast, roasted peppers and onions mixed in a con-queso cheese sauce, then wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and deep fried to a golden brown. Served with guacamole and fresh sour cream and salsa.

Sweet Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps ~ Silver dollar sized Mushroom Caps Saute'ed with wine and seasoning then stuffed with a sweet sausage stuffing and topped with a assortment of cheeses.

 

Swedish Meatballs ~ Bite-size meatballs in a creamy beef gravy seasoned with a varity of herbs and spices.

Spanakopita ~ Fresh spinach and riccotta cheese, wrapped in delicate phyllo pastery dough and baked to a golden crisp.

broccoli tempuraBroccoli Cheddar Tempura ~ Florettes are poached in chicken stock, chilled, then rolled in a cheese sauce and frozen. Then they are dipped in a tempura batter and deep fried. Served with a buttermilk ranch dipping sauce.
Sesame Duck Tenderloins ~ Savory slices of duck are battered then rolled in sesame seeds, deep fried and served with a sweet n sour sauce. 
 Coconut shrimp~ Sanibel pink shrimp are used exclusively for this florida favorite. Litely breaded with sweet coconut then deep fried to a lite golden brown. complimented with cocktail sauce and a citrus vinegrette for dipping .
Coconut Chicken fingers ~ Tender chicken strips are battered and rolled in fresh coconut, then deep fried to a golden brown. Served with a mango sweet and sour sauce.
