Salads

Garden Green~ A combination of Romaine and Iceburg lettuce, along with other assorted greens and jullienned vegetables, including seeded cucumbers, mushrooms and carrots. Tossed with homemade herb encrusted croutons and a selection of dressings.

Tropical Hibiscus Petal ~ Baby field greens, spring mix and a rainbow of hibiscus petals are combined in a marinated tomato base with seeded cucumbers, strawberries mandarine orange slices, enoki mushrooms and toasted coconut. Papaya and prailine pecans with a sweet mango vinaigrette dressing top it off and make this our most popular salad.

Traditional Caesar ~ Romaine hearts, fresh grated parmesan cheese and garlic herb encrusted croutons with an authentic egg Caesar dressing make this tasty salad a favorite for all occasions. Can be made with fresh grilled chicken or grouper for a little bit more meal with your salad.

 


Vegetable Vinagrette Pasta ~ Tri-colored Rotini pasta, marinated cauliflower and broccoli florettes with waffle cut carrots, artichoke hearts, black olives, various beans, vidalia onions, fresh herbs, julienne tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese with a vinagrette dressing. Garnished with greenery and tomato roses.

Chilled Sanibel Seafood Salad ~ Award winning-1st Place "Best Seafood Item"
Taste of the Islands. 2" linguini noodles, Sanibel pink Gulf shrimp, bay scallops,
fresh crawfish tails, herbal mayonnaise, sour cream, garnished with greenery,
carved vegetables and fresh grated parmasan cheese. Displayed in a Man-Eating Gingus Clam Shell.

 
 

Chicken Salad ~ Celery, scallions, roasted almonds along with tiny julienned apple slivers with freshly grilled chicken breast are just a few of the ingredients in this long-time favorite.

Herbed Fresh Fruit Medley ~ Golden pineapple, honeydew, cantaloupe, mandarine oranges with red and green grapes are just a few of the tropical fruits used to make this delicious, cool salad. Tossed with fresh basil, tarragon and topped with freshly made whipped cream.
