Pilaf-
Celery, onions, carrots are sautee'd then mixed
with pan fried rice and added to stock. Add pineapple bites for a garnish. Great
along with fish, chicken or pork. |  |

Twice
Baked Potatoes- Baked
potatoes are hollowed out and combined with chives, sour cream and cheese and
then piped back in to the potato and baked in the oven until the top is golden
brown. |
| Grilled
vegtables-
A combination of vegetables ranging from artichoke to zuccinni with every thing
in between including ; squash, green beans, carrots, onion, broccoli, califlower
and the list goes on. These are also great sautee'd in white wine with a touch
of garlic. |  |

Salads-
We do them all fantasticly, from garden green to pasta to chicken or potatoe nothing
comes close to a freshly made salad. | | |
