Continental Breakfast ~ Fresh fruits and assorted dry cereals accompanied by an assortment of Danish, crossiants and muffins. Coffee, juice and milk are served as well.
 

Country BBQ ~ Bone-in chicken, BBQ'd to perfection, in addition to juicy hamburgers and plump hot dogs. Served with baked beans, corn-on-the-cob, and fresh cornbread. Cole slaw and potato salad, as well as an assortment of sodas and ice tea, finish this outdoor feast.

Clam Boil~ The clam boil is a complete meal that is cooked in a covered pot. The way the food is layered upon each other has a unique way of blending the flavors. Consisting of whole Maine Lobster, butter, lemon and thyme, as well as cherry stone clams, mussels, fresh local grouper, smoked garlic sausage, herb buttered corn, new potatoes, bone-in chicken with rosemary, carrots and onions

Hawaiian Luau Pig Roast~Roasted to a tender golden brown in a brick oven,stuffed with assorted sausages, bone in chicken, apples and onions. It will put a smile on anyones face.
